Gabes University, Tunisia

Gabes University (UNIVGB) is a public institution including 15HEIs (1 Faculty of Science, 1 National School of Engineers, 13 Higher Institutes), located East of Tunisia and covering four territorial governorates. The university offers 68 license degrees in various fields: sciences, engineering, computer science, economics, law and management, humanities and social studies. Many Master Degrees programmes (42) and 7 Doctorate graduate studies are also ensured. With 1400 academic staff, administrators and technical staff, the university has developed a human resources strategy in order to adapt staff skills to its activities evolution. The territory's economy is diversified: agriculture (oasis, irrigation, fishing,), industries (chemical, manufacturing, useful materials, food ...), highly developed tourism (Djerba - Zarzis, to the coast and tourism Saharan Africa, for the rest) and services sector increasingly developing. By its previous Erasmus+ projects, Gabes university is faithful to its policy of openness on its international environment, as does the quality of its training, the level of its teaching and research, the relevance of its research themes, and especially the distribution to its students the spirit of openness, tolerance and respect for other cultures. This is, in our opinion, more than ever.

Conservatoire national des arts et métiers, France

The Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM) is where the worlds of academics and professional activity come together. It is the only higher education establishment dedicated to life-long professional training. The CNAM has three main missions: - higher life long vocational training, - technological research and innovation, - dissemination of scientific and technical culture. The Cnam proposes training courses developed in close collaboration with companies and professional organizations in order to provide the optimum answer to their needs and to those of their employees. The Conservatoire steers 20 regional Centers and more than 200 training centers having their Head Office in Paris. Cnam's staff in Paris, Ile de France and other regions includes permanent teaching and non-teaching members as well as visiting lecturers from business world: - 557 permanent and contracted professors - 1 964 part-time professors - 1 105 administrative staff The CNAM has several training cycles on energy, water management, etc. the CNAM has launched a training cycle for engineers with the theme 'energy and sustainable development' in Lebanon. In the world, CNAM is ranked #1174 in Best Global Universities. The European Commission has awarded CNAM the renewal of its Erasmus+ charter for higher education, valid until 2027. CNAM's application was approved with the highest score of 100/100 by the Commission. This will enable CNAM and its entities to strengthen their active policy of international openness and to take full advantage of all the projects, programs and tools offered by this new accreditation.

Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain

The University of Valencia (Spain) was founded over five centuries ago. It has become a modern public university devoted to all areas of knowledge. It is situated in Valencia, the third biggest Spanish city. The University of Valencia is made up of 18 faculties and schools and 19 interdisciplinary research institutes. Altogether, it offers more than 50 bachelor programmes, 110 master’s degrees and 60 doctoral programmes. Its science park is home to more than 80 start-up companies and six research institutes including the Astronomical Observatory. The university also has its own botanical garden, which was founded in 1567 and was originally used to grow medicinal plants for its medical school. It was then used to hold classes in botany and carry out acclimatisation experiments and today the garden carries out research into plant diversity and conservation. The last years, the Polytechnic University of Valencia has developed a renowned expertise in implementation of knowledge related to the sustainable development in educational programmes. In the world, UPV is ranked #472 in Best Global Universities and recently it was ranked #83 in the world against the application of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
